BARBAK is a modern charcoal grill and Mediterranean brasserie in Hanoi with two venues: Barbak - West Lake at 22 Quảng An, Tây Hồ, and Barbak - Old Quarter at 51 Hàng Bồ, Hoàn Kiếm. The charcoal grill is the signature, with skewers of about 180g and large sharing cuts such as the Wagyu Tomahawk and the Black Angus OP Rib, alongside a full Mediterranean menu, fresh seafood and dishes served raw, and a real vegetarian choice. Barbak - Old Quarter, 51 Hàng Bồ, Hoàn Kiếm, is a warm townhouse of about 300m² over two floors, lively under a glass roof, with a bar at its centre.
