How much does it cost?

Event menus run from 800.000đ++ to 3.500.000đ++ per guest, depending on the menu, the date and the format. The ++ is before VAT and service. Tell us the budget you have in mind and we build the menu around it.

Do you issue a VAT invoice?

Yes. BARBAK issues a full VAT invoice, accepts bank transfer and provides a signed and stamped contract, for a small dinner as well as a large year-end party.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

No. BARBAK has no minimum guest count, so a team of eight is prepared with the same care as a party of ninety.

Do you offer a free flow drinks package?

Yes. Free flow beer at 500.000đ per guest and house wine at 750.000đ per guest, over four hours. Four hours is the length of a full year-end evening, not a rushed two.

Is there a projector and karaoke?

Yes. Both venues have a video projector and karaoke in the private spaces, for the year-in-review presentation and for the part of the evening that follows it.

Do you handle the decoration?

Table flowers and candles are included. If you want a particular look, your own decorator works on site while BARBAK handles the menu and the service.

Is a deposit required?

We talk it through directly once the shape of the evening is clear. Send us your request and we will take it from there.

Can you host at both venues?

Yes. Both West Lake and the Old Quarter host year-end parties, from a private table to a full buyout.

Barbak - Old Quarter is one of very few Old Quarter restaurants you can book in full, a warm room with a central bar under a glass roof, in the heart of Hoàn Kiếm.

A cathedral-style hall for ninety by the lake

Barbak - West Lake is a soaring, cathedral-style dining room by the lake, a rare sense of space, opening onto a lakeside terrace over the water, with room for a large company party.

A menu shaped around the occasion

There is no fixed package. We build the menu around your table, from charcoal-grilled skewers and sharing cuts to a full Mediterranean spread, with a travelled cellar and a full cocktail program.

BARBAK has hosted private events for a national flag carrier, a leading Vietnamese bank, two international chambers of commerce, a German technology group and an international university.
