Do you issue a VAT invoice?

Yes. BARBAK issues a full VAT invoice, accepts bank transfer and provides a signed and stamped contract, for a small dinner as well as a large event.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

No. BARBAK has no minimum guest count. A table of eight can still book a private space.

What does a client dinner cost?

Event menus start at 800.000đ++ per guest and vary with the menu, the date and the format. The Set Lunch is 299.000đ, served daily from 11:00 to 14:00. Tell us the budget you have in mind and we build the menu around it.

Do you offer a free flow drinks package?

Yes. Free flow beer at 500.000đ per guest and house wine at 750.000đ per guest, over four hours. Four hours is the length of a full dinner, not a rushed two.

Which venue suits international guests?

Both. The Old Quarter is at 51 Hàng Bồ, convenient for guests staying in central Hoàn Kiếm. West Lake is at 22 Quảng An, close to the international offices and residences, with a cathedral-style main dining room and an outdoor space looking over the lake.

Is there a projector for a short presentation?

Yes. Both venues have a video projector in the private spaces, for a short presentation or a few words at the start of the evening.

Do you cater for vegetarians?

Yes. The menu carries a real vegetarian choice, including vegetable skewers on the charcoal grill, not a single afterthought dish.

Two venues, two locations

Choose by where your guests are staying. The Old Quarter is at 51 Hàng Bồ, in the middle of Hoàn Kiếm, close to the central hotels. West Lake is at 22 Quảng An, near the offices and homes of Hanoi's international community.

The paperwork a company needs

Full VAT invoice, bank transfer, signed and stamped contract. There is no minimum guest count, so a table of eight is prepared with the same care as a party of ninety.

A menu for a mixed table

A Mediterranean kitchen with a French influence, a raw bar of fresh seafood, and a real vegetarian choice. Vietnamese and international guests at the same table each find their dish.

A cellar to choose from

Old and New World labels, alongside three house cocktails. The manager will pair the wine to the menu and to the budget for the evening.

The menu

Each event menu is built for the evening, from a served set menu to sharing plates down the middle of the table. The charcoal grill is BARBAK's signature, with skewers and premium sharing cuts, alongside a full Mediterranean menu, fresh seafood and raw dishes. There is a real vegetarian choice, not an afterthought.

BARBAK has hosted private events for an international consulting firm, a national airline, banks, international law firms, real-estate advisers, three foreign chambers of commerce and four international schools. Several have come back a second and a third time.
